1.2. The Company does not guarantee continuous availability of the Website, its uninterrupted operation, or the absence of errors. The Company is not liable for full or partial unavailability of the resource at any time, nor for interruptions caused by technical failures, third-party interference, or other factors beyond the Company’s control.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to regularly update the Website, modify, or supplement its content.

1.4. Users must review these Terms before each use of the Website. If you continue to use the Website after updated Terms are published, it means you agree to comply with all changes.

2. Website Content

2.1. Materials published on the Website are intended for your personal, non-commercial use. All materials on the Website — including but not limited to news, photos, images, illustrations, audio and video clips (collectively, “materials” or “content”) — are protected by copyright and owned or controlled by the Company or a content provider. You must comply with all copyright notices, information, and restrictions displayed on any page.

2.2. The Website content is protected under the copyright laws of Ukraine and international copyright regulations. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, reproduce (except as permitted in Section 2.4 of these Terms), create derivative works, distribute, perform, or otherwise use the Website content (including software) in whole or in part.

2.3. Company trade names, trademarks, and those of third parties are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting, implicitly or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design rights, or copyright of the Company or third parties.

2.4. You may download or copy Website content, components, or elements displayed on the Website solely for personal use, provided you retain all copyright and other notices. Copying or storing any content for purposes other than personal use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

2.5. Online media and mobile applications may use information from the Website free of charge, provided they include an open hyperlink and credit the original source no lower than in the first paragraph, and use no more than 500 characters of the original text. Use of larger text volumes is allowed only with written permission from the Company.

For SmartTV platforms, use of the Company’s materials is permitted on a paid basis and only with written consent from the Company. Other media may use up to 500 characters of text with attribution to the original source. Using larger volumes requires prior written permission.

Use of information includes any reproduction, republication, distribution, adaptation, translation, incorporation of parts into other works, and other actions defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”.

The Company may grant written permission to use its materials at its discretion based on a request sent by email, which must include a return mailing address. The Company reserves the right to request additional information necessary to make a decision. Materials may only be used after the third party receives written authorization.

4.2. You agree that the Company may send updates or service-related information to your email address.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to disclose usage information provided it does not reveal your identity. Advertisers on the Website may collect and share your personal information only if you provide consent in accordance with the Privacy Policy and personal data protection regulations.

4.4. The Company may contact you via email to participate in user surveys aimed at improving current or future materials. This information will be used to enhance the Website and better understand our users. Any information obtained through such surveys will not be shared with third parties, except in aggregated, anonymized form.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. All information on the Website is provided on an “as is” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of legality, accuracy, safety, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

5.2. The Company is not responsible for technical failures of the Internet, telecommunications networks, hosting services, user equipment or software, or for any data loss or damage resulting from external factors, including malware or cyberattacks.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All texts, graphics, logos, drawings, photos, videos, design elements, and the structure of the Website are objects of copyright and/or other intellectual property rights of the Company or used with permission of the rightful owners. Any violation may result in claims for damages, including lost profits.
