INTRODUCTION

1. The privacy of users of the PEGAS ARMS LLC Website (hereinafter — the Company) is extremely important to us, and we take all necessary measures to protect it. These Rules explain how the Company uses the personal information of Website Users.

2. The Website Administration complies with Ukrainian legislation on the protection of Personal Data.

This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated June 01, 2010 No. 2297-VI, as well as other regulatory acts governing legal relations regarding the collection, processing, storage of personal data, and citizens’ rights to privacy. It establishes the procedure for obtaining, collecting, accumulating, storing, processing, using, protecting, and disclosing personal data (hereinafter — the “Data”) through the Website, Company resources and/or mobile application, and/or related services and tools.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1.9. “Processing of Personal Data” — any action or set of actions performed with or without automation, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, distribution, anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction of Personal Data.

1.1.10. “Confidentiality of Personal Data” — the obligation of the Website Administrator or any person who has gained access to Personal Data not to disclose it without the consent of the data subject or other legal grounds.

2. SUBJECT OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

2.1. By visiting the Website for the first time or interacting through other Company resources, the User automatically grants the Company permission to use cookies and publicly accessible information from social networks, messengers, or during visits to Company offices.

2.2. By using the Website or submitting contact information (including at Company offices), the User confirms consent to the processing of their Personal Data. The User may not use the Website if they disagree with this Privacy Policy.

2.3. 2.6. The User acknowledges that negligence in safeguarding login credentials (login, password) may lead to unauthorized access by third parties. The Website Administration is not liable for losses resulting from such access.

10.4. If any provision of this Policy is found invalid or contradictory to Ukrainian law, this does not affect the remaining provisions, which remain fully valid. Any invalid provision shall be considered amended to the extent necessary to ensure enforceability.
