Five Hundred Sorties by a Single Airframe and Billions in Impact: 2025 Results for Pegasus Arms Drones

Drones have radically changed modern warfare. While everyone talks about FPVs, heavy bombers are quietly doing their loud work. Pegasus Arms has summarized the year 2025, sharing the results of their "flying horses." And the results turned out to be quite striking.
Back in 2024, a Pegasus Arms 25 drone destroyed a Russian TOS-1A "Solntsepek" heavy flamethrower system worth $15 million. To date, this remains the most expensive confirmed target. However, the total losses inflicted on the Russian army in 2025 now amount to billions of dollars. This is because over 1,500 Pegasus Arms 25 UAVs are currently operating at the front — every second unit of the Defense Forces of Ukraine is equipped with them.
In total, over the past year, Pegasus Arms 25 crews have accounted for over 110 tanks, 270 APCs, IFVs (BMD), and other armored vehicles. Additionally, 3,000 transport vehicles have been burned, and hundreds of dugouts, shelters, artillery systems, and MLRS have been destroyed. The number of neutralized infantry stands in the tens of thousands.
Such high productivity has several explanations. One is that the Pegasus Arms 25 is capable of carrying a 14 kg payload for munition drops or remote mining. A modular suspension system allows for rapid reconfiguration for different types of payloads. Consequently, the drone can also be used for logistical purposes — delivering water, food, medicine, or ammunition to positions.
The second factor in this productivity is anomalous "survivability." One specific airframe has already completed over 560 combat sorties and remains in service. This is an undeniable record and a unique result for a UAV of this class. The effectiveness of drone operators is bolstered by the quality of the unmanned systems themselves and their constant modernization, as well as the quality of crew training provided by the "MIST" Training Center and others.
"The Pegasus Arms R&D department is constantly improving our drones and ground control stations. On average, software updates and hardware improvements are released every two months. Furthermore, during every scheduled maintenance service that crews bring their drones in for, our service team upgrades them. Thus, units using the Pegasus Arms 25 in combat can rely on them with 100% confidence, knowing their UAVs incorporate the latest innovations of this technological war," said Ilya Samoshkin, CEO of Pegasus Arms.
The third factor in the Pegasus Arms 25's "survival" is an advanced communication system capable of operating under conditions of active radio interference. Crews maintain the link with the drone and receive a clear video feed to detect and destroy targets in zones covered by Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, where other airframes are unable to operate. Moreover, this drone can optionally be equipped with its own onboard EW system to counter hostile FPV drones.

Pegasus Arms' plans for 2026 include significantly increasing the number of drones in the military, as the Pegasus Arms 25 model has proven itself excellently in combat and is constantly being refined to meet military requirements. However, new challenges require new developments, so in the near future, Pegasus Arms will present a solution to make the Ukrainian sky cleaner of enemy drones.
